Pineapple

The name pineapple means "delicious fruit". In Europe in the 17th century, it was considered a luxury item and was not only eaten, but used to decorate the houses and gardens of wealthy families.

Pineapple contains an enzyme called bromelain which is anti-inflammatory, but be careful as it tastes bitter when combined with dairy products!

You can easily use the pineapple puree concentrate blender in many drinks and preparations. The most famous of all? Pina Colada!
