A coconut

Coconut is considered a functional food as it can bring many benefits to the body and was once known as the tree of life. It is often used in Indian cuisine and has many uses. For Italians, the fruit itself remains the symbol of summer on the beach sipping a cold Pina Colada, and everyone will tell you that the Mixer is the king of the colada!
